Red Racer Releases Lucky Pig Collaboration with Hong Kong Beer Co.

RED RACER CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF THE PIG WITH THIS GINGER AND TANGERINE ALE

The lunar Year of the Pig is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with a collaboration made across the Pacific Ocean!

Lucky Pig is a collaboration beer concocted between Red Racer’s Gary Lohin and Hong Kong Beer Co.‘s Michael King.  Tangerine and ginger puree add a fruity-spice combo to this blonde ale, while Hefeweizen yeast adds another layer of complexity to this refreshing, fruit-forward ale.

Michael joined Gary at the Red Racer brewery for a special Lucky Pig brew day in December 2018.

Looking to get your hands on some Lucky Pig before the Lunar New Year?  Of course you are!

Lucky Pig will be available at BC Liquor Stores locations starting next week, with some select private retailers also offering the single 500mL cans.  A limited number of cans will be available at the Red Racer brewery as well.

Find Lucky Pig on draught at the Red Racer Taphouse on Beatty Street, the Central City Brewpub in Surrey, and at the Red Racer brewery for a limited time beginning next week.

Red Racer fans in Alberta will find a limited amount of Lucky Pig on offer at select Liquor Depot locations.

Cans of Lucky pig will also be found in Manitoba, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador while supplies last.
