Red Racer Superfruit IPA

The Superfruit IPA uses a light malt bill and plenty of late-addition hops to achieve a beer that is naturally fruity with mild bitterness. The beer is then infused with mango and passion fruit to give it a distinctly fruity aroma and flavour.

Fuzzy Peach Cold IPA

No we didn’t use any peaches in this beer, but the terpenes from the hops make it taste like peaches. Brewed at a colder fermentation temperature, this beer has a crisp and clean finish, with big peach aromas.

Malt Monster Amber Ale

A low bitterness amber ale accentuating the malt in this beer. Biscuit malt, Honey malt, Caramel malt and Oats are used in this beer to give a malty sweetness that is balanced by a tempered use of hops. Try this complex malty beer.

Kolsch

An easy drinking, pale coloured Kolsch style ale with a mild bitterness. Brewed with Heidelberg and German Wheat malts, German Hallertau Traditional hops and Kolsch yeast, don’t let this beer deceive you. Central City’s Kolsch stye ale is a crisp refreshing beer that offers lots of flavour while being mildly bitter.

Gethoff Maibock

Deep golden in colour, this strong German style lager has a moderate body and a toasty or bready character to it.

Apple Cider

A classic Apple Cider made with a blend of McIntosh, Ambrosia, and Spartan British Columbia apple. Tart, sweet and crisp.

Aged in a French oak Foeder for 5 years with a sour Belgian yeast culture, then on raspberries in stainless for 2 years, this complex sour is full of surprises for your palate.

This rich bourbon barrel aged small batch porter exudes deep aromas of roasted malts and bakers’ chocolate. This silky bodied beer will keep you warm during the darkest of days.

Sparrow Rum

Aged for 4 years in premium oak barrels

Witbier(White ale)

Originating in Belgium, this cloudy wheat beer style is infused with dried orange peel and coriander seeds. It’s spicy profile comes from a special yeast, and has moderately malty sweetness with a spicy aroma.

Seven Juicy Sins Hazy IPA

A North American IPA style with intense fruit flavours and aromas. This unfiltered beer exclusively uses “Calypso” hops entirely throughout the process, including dry-hopping, to showcase this hops flavour and aroma profile.
