German Leichtbier

A pale, highly attenuated, light-bodied German lager with lower alcohol and calories than normal-strength beers. Moderately bitter with noticeable malt and hop flavors, the beer is still interesting to drink.

Hazy Pale Ale

A light bodied and fruit forward pale ale. Juicy Mosaic and Galaxy hops with the addition of citrus peel gives this beer a slight haze and refreshing flavour.

Belgian Pale Ale

The Belgian-style pale ale is gold in color and has a caramel or toasted malt flavor. The style is characterized by low but noticeable hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. This beer was inspired by British pale ales. It is very sessionable.

An amber/orange coloured IPA with big hop aromas and a dry finish. Dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo.

Belgian Framboise (raspberry sour) 7 years old!

Aged in a French oak Foeder for 5 years with a sour Belgian yeast culture, then on raspberries in stainless for 2 years, this complex sour is full of surprises for your palate.

Blindsided Imperial IPA

A strong IPA with intense flavours and aromas. German Magnum, Amarillo and Mosaic hops provide the bitterness and fruit punch flavours prevalent throughout this beer.

Eclipse Imperial Porter

This rich bourbon barrel aged small batch porter exudes deep aromas of roasted malts and bakers’ chocolate. This silky bodied beer will keep you warm during the darkest of days.

Munich Dunkel

A traditional malty brown lager from Bavaria. Deeply toasted, bready malt flavors without any roast or burnt flavors. Smooth and rich, with a restrained bitterness and a relatively dry finish that allows for drinking in quantity.

Belgian Saison

Spice and clove characters from the yeast, with a light malt sweetness and a crisp hop character.

Extra Special Bitter (ESB)

Originating in England, this style is a stronger version of an Englsh Pale Ale (Bitter). Red in colour, this beer has a complex malt profile with a medium hop bitterness from East Kent Goldings hops.
