Super Solar IPA

An amber/orange coloured IPA with big hop aromas and a dry finish. Dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo.

Belgian Framboise (raspberry sour) 7 years old!

Aged in a French oak Foeder for 5 years with a sour Belgian yeast culture, then on raspberries in stainless for 2 years, this complex sour is full of surprises for your palate.

Eclipse Imperial Porter

This rich bourbon barrel aged small batch porter exudes deep aromas of roasted malts and bakers’ chocolate. This silky bodied beer will keep you warm during the darkest of days.

A traditional malty brown lager from Bavaria. Deeply toasted, bready malt flavors without any roast or burnt flavors. Smooth and rich, with a restrained bitterness and a relatively dry finish that allows for drinking in quantity.

Belgian Saison

Spice and clove characters from the yeast, with a light malt sweetness and a crisp hop character.

Blueberry Saison

Blueberry Saison has a ruby auburn color with a lilac tinged head. It has a sweet fruit and tartness with a nice peppery bite from the yeast with a pleasant blueberry aroma.

Witbier(White ale)

Originating in Belgium, this cloudy wheat beer style is infused with dried orange peel and coriander seeds. It’s spicy profile comes from a special yeast, and has moderately malty sweetness with a spicy aroma.

Seven Juicy Sins Hazy IPA

A North American IPA style with intense fruit flavours and aromas. This unfiltered beer exclusively uses “Eclipse” hops entirely throughout the process, including dry-hopping, to showcase this hops flavour and aroma profile.

Extra Special Bitter (ESB)

Originating in England, this style is a stronger version of an Englsh Pale Ale (Bitter). Red in colour, this beer has a complex malt profile with a medium hop bitterness from East Kent Goldings hops.

English Dark Mild

A dark low-gravity malt focused British session alestyle. Refreshing, yet flavourfull with dark malt and caramel expressions.
