The Central City Brewpub in Surrey put on their catering A-game for this special once-per-year event at Surrey City Hall

Every year the City of Surrey puts on a great community-oriented event, decorating and lighting the tree in the courtyard outside city hall.  This year’s the city invited Central City Brewpub Surrey to provide catering services for special guests in the VIP area, and what an event it turned out to be!

Our catering team from the Surrey Brewpub were excited to showcase their talents on such an auspicious night in the city calendar.

The light drizzle was no match for Surrey residents prepared to watch the ceremonial tree lighting and take in some great music and delicious food.

The catering team brought some exceptional foods to sate even the most selective palates.  With everything from mini meatballs and sliders, to Caprese skewers, crab cakes and more, guests were treated to a range of culinary flavours and delights. 

Beyond just food, there was also plenty of Red Racer and Central City products to go around, including some custom cocktails made with our award-winning spirits!

In addition to a winter market, the event also plays host to performers, musicians and many others as they delight the audience.
